We were impressed with the general organization and coordination of various aspects of the event. The logistics throughout the event such as the allocation of rooms, coordination with other hotels, flexibility to suit our conference needs and the final documentation for payment processing was excellent. The menus were professionally tailored which made our stay in Bagamoyo more enjoyable. The transport logistics among hotels and playing grounds were well managed.
